Who said photos at your event can’t be glamourous?

The lounge consists of a white photographic backdrop, a white couch, a photographer and a photo edtior to edit and print out the photos in about a minute. When you book the photo lounge you have a choice of either 4″x6″ or 5″x7″ print sizes.

The picture to the right shows what it looks like while the picture is being taken. The picture below shows what the final result looks like. You can choose whether you want the pictures to print in color or black and white. The most artistic results are the monochromatic black and white look with a splash of color in the custom-designed logo that is overlayed onto the photos.

Somewhere between 45 and 50 sittings per hour seems to be the average. The lounge can handle around one hundred and sixty sittings in a four hour period. Larger events or events which are shorter time periods should consider booking multiple lounges.

The photo lounge requires a little elbow room. Give us an 10′ x 8′ space on your floorplan for best results. A high traffic area where everyone knows we’re there is the best. Don’t forget we need a place to plug in.

The photos are printed by the photo editor and are ready for the guests to take with them in approximately one minute.

Give us your event name, a logo or original artwork in a format we can accept (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, .PDF, .JPG, .GIF, etc.) and each photo will be customized just for you!

Guests will have a momento to remember your event for years to come.

In addition you will receive a DVD with all of the pictures from the event. They will also be placed onto the www.picstrips.com website so that attendees can go online to see and optionally purchase pictures too for a nomial fee of $3/ea.

You are free to distribute the photos from the event yourself at no charge.

 

 

The White Hot Photo Lounge 4″ x 6″ Package – $1,200.00

• On weekdays, the 4″ x 6″ package is priced with a two hour minimum. Please call for pricing.
• On weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) the 4″ x 6″ package is priced with a four hour minimum at $1,200.00. Priced with a four hour minimum for Friday/Saturday/Sunday.
• 4″ x 6″ prints (doubles on request; no more than two per sitting.)
• White photographic backdrop and white couch. Requires an 10′ x 8′ space in order to be setup.
• Integrate your names or logo or custom branding onto the photos.
• Posting of pictures on-line after the event that all guests can view (and purchase reprints if they wish.)
• Posting of the “best of” album on our Facebook fan page, which allows you and your friends to tag themselves.
• CD mailed to you containing all of the pictures from the event the week after.
• When you book the four hour package for a wedding, we also include a 12″ x 12″ Creative Memories scrapbook. This is the coolest sign-in book you could ever have! Guests place one of the strips into the book and write beside it with metallic pens.
