What's included with a 360 photo booth rental?
Every 360 photo booth rental includes a professional attendant, the rotating platform and camera system, custom event branding overlays, and props. Guests receive their videos via SMS immediately after capture and can also download via QR code (WiFi or strong cell service required). A full digital album with all event videos is delivered after the event. We handle setup, teardown, and everything in between — your only job is to watch your guests have a great time.
How much space do you need for the 360 booth?
The platform itself is about 4’ in diameter, but the rotating arm needs clearance around it — plan for a 12’ x 12’ footprint to keep the setup safe and comfortable for guests. We also need one table for props and access to a standard power outlet. If your venue has a tight floor plan, tell us what you’re working with and we’ll recommend the best placement so the booth is visible, accessible, and safe.
How many guests can the 360 booth handle per hour?
Expect roughly 45-55 video sessions per hour. Most groups are 1-3 people, though we’ve fit larger groups on the platform for special shots. For events over 250 guests, we can recommend pairing the 360 booth with a second experience — like our standard photo booth — to keep wait times short and the energy flowing throughout the venue.
How does video delivery work?
Videos are texted directly to each guest’s phone within seconds of capture. They can also scan a QR code to download. Either way, the video arrives branded with your event overlays and ready to post to TikTok, Instagram Reels, or wherever your guests share. This requires WiFi or strong cell service at the venue — if your venue has connectivity concerns, let us know in advance and we’ll plan accordingly.
Can we customize the video overlays and branding?
Yes — every video is customized with your event graphics before delivery. We build overlays that include your event name, date, logo, brand colors, or any design element that makes the video feel specific to your event. Corporate clients often want subtle logo placement. Wedding clients often want names and dates. Parties often want bold, fun graphics. Send us your assets or brief and we’ll design the overlay in advance.
How far in advance should we book?
As soon as you have your event date and venue confirmed. Prime weekends in Dallas-Fort Worth — especially October through December — book early. For corporate activations with custom branding requirements, more lead time is better so we have time to build and approve the overlays before your event.
Is the 360 booth staffed the entire time?
Yes. A professional attendant manages the platform, coaches guests on posing, controls the camera timing, and handles SMS delivery throughout the rental. This isn’t a self-serve machine — the attendant is what makes the experience consistent. Without someone managing platform entry, camera direction, and delivery, the results are unpredictable. With our team running it, every video looks like it was meant to look.
What’s the difference between a 360 photo booth and a regular photo booth?
A regular photo booth takes still photos — a JPEG or a print. The 360 booth captures short slow-motion video, which is fundamentally different content. Video is shareable in a way still photos rarely are: guests post 360 videos to TikTok and Instagram Reels because the format is native to those platforms. It’s also more dramatic — the rotating arm, the slow-motion effect, and the cinematic quality make it feel like a moment, not a snapshot. If social sharing and brand reach matter to your event, the 360 booth delivers that in a way a standard photo booth can’t.
Can you add custom overlays or music to the 360 videos?
Yes on both counts. We create custom branded overlays for every event — graphics, text, logos, and design elements — and we can layer in custom music that plays as the video transitions. The music syncs to the slow-motion effect and makes the final video feel polished and produced. If you have a specific song or sound design in mind, let us know and we’ll build it in.
