What is included with a green screen photo booth rental?
Our green screen rental includes a staffed setup, studio lighting, professional camera, on-site editing, and 2-4 custom digital backgrounds designed for your event. We also include props, instant sharing options (QR download or SMS), and can provide prints in 4x6 or 5x7 based on your package. A professional photographer — not an automated kiosk — handles every shot, directs guests, and manages the editing workflow on-site so the whole operation stays fast and polished.
Do guests get prints, digital files, or both?
You can choose digital-only, 4x6 prints, or 5x7 prints depending on your package. Digital-only guests receive their composited images instantly via QR code download. Print package guests get the physical print plus the digital file. Guests can also receive images by SMS on-site when connectivity allows. Either way, a full digital album is delivered after the event.
How much space and power do you need on site?
Plan for about 12 feet by 10 feet of space so we can set up the backdrop, camera, lighting, and guest flow comfortably. We need access to a standard power outlet near the setup area. If your venue has a tight floor plan or unusual layout, let us know in advance and we’ll work with it.
How many guests can use the green screen booth per hour?
Typical throughput is about 45-75 groups per hour depending on group size and how many people need to be composited per shot. For larger events over 250 guests, we can recommend additional coverage — a second green screen station or pairing with our standard photo booth — to keep wait times short and energy high.
How quickly are photos delivered during the event?
Fast — usually within about a minute after capture. Our photographer shoots, our on-site editor pulls the background, drops in your digital background, and either prints or delivers digitally. Guests rarely wait more than 60-90 seconds for their finished composite. That speed is what keeps the line moving and the booth feeling like an experience rather than a wait.
Can we use custom branded or themed backgrounds?
Yes. We create 2-4 custom backgrounds as part of your package, and more can be added. Corporate clients typically want logo backgrounds, branded environments, or campaign imagery. Event planners often want scene-setting backgrounds — a Parisian cafe, a tropical resort, a specific landmark. If you have your own design team and want to provide assets, we can work from your files. The only requirement is that the background image is high resolution so the final composite looks real, not flat.
How far in advance should we book?
As soon as your date and venue are confirmed. Popular weekends and peak seasons (October through December especially) book quickly, so early booking is the best way to guarantee availability. If your event is coming up fast, reach out anyway — we’ll let you know if we can make it work.
Do you travel across Dallas-Fort Worth for green screen events?
Yes. We regularly serve venues across Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Frisco, Grapevine, and the wider DFW Metroplex. We’re based near DFW Airport, which also makes national travel straightforward for large corporate events. If your venue is outside the standard service area, just ask and we’ll confirm travel details.
What kind of backgrounds can I choose for the green screen?
Anything, honestly. We build backgrounds to match your event theme, brand, or vision. Popular choices include branded corporate environments (logo walls, product launches, campaign imagery), scenic destinations (Paris, Hawaii, the Maldives, iconic Texas landmarks), themed settings (winter wonderland, Halloween haunted house, outer space, tropical beach), and seasonal options for holiday parties. If you can describe it or send us a reference image, we can build it. Guests can also choose from a preset menu if you want to offer variety throughout the night.
Is the green screen photo booth good for corporate events?
It’s one of our most-booked experiences for corporate clients. The green screen booth works beautifully for brand activations, product launches, trade show floors, and company parties because the background is fully brandable. Instead of a generic photo backdrop, every guest photo contains your logo, your campaign visual, or your event identity. Those images get shared on LinkedIn, Instagram, and internal channels — which extends your event’s reach well past the night itself.
How many backgrounds can we use at one event?
As many as you’d like. Every package includes 2-4 custom backgrounds designed in advance, and we can switch between them at any point during the event. Some clients use a different background for the cocktail hour versus the main event. Others let guests pick from a menu on the night. If you want more than 4 backgrounds, we’ll add them to your package — there’s no technical limit, just lead time needed to design and prepare them.
