Booth Rental
Flip books are one of the coolest party favors guests could get. Videos are made and turned into separate pages which become a part of a book. The front and rear covers feature your names or the logos of your company, all on high-resolution HD photo paper.
Young and old alike will enjoy making videos. Waving at the camera, acting out scenes, dancing, couples kissing–whatever the subject matter, 7 seconds doesn’t sound like a lot but it is long enough to make a TikTok/Instagram video!
So How Does It Work?
Guests put on props and stand in front of a backdrop with their props on and make a 7 second video. Our photo booth printer then prints it out, we bind it on the spot and each participant receives a book in about 90 seconds!
Will Everyone Get A Chance?
Somewhere between 40-45 video sessions per hour seems to be the average for the station. This can handle around 150 guests in a four hour period. Larger events or events which are shorter time periods should consider having multiple stations.
Does It Take Much Space?
The booth requires a little elbow room. Give us a 10′ x 12′ space on your floor plan for best results. A high traffic area where everyone knows we’re there is the best. Remember we’ll end up with a line of guests for the booth. Don’t forget we need a place to plug in, and we normally use two 6′ tables for operation and props.

PROPS
Props are included with the rental of the booth. Sunglasses, feather boas, silly hats and signs are a part of our standard props.
RENTAL HOURS
Choose between 2, 3 or 4 hours of operation. More time can be added at the event if required. December and holidays are a 3 hour minimum.

BOOK COVERS
During the planning stage graphics are prepared for the front and rear covers of the books. Your branding for the event can be included at no charge.

BOOTH SPEED
Throughput on the flip book booth is approximately 45 videos per hour. For events over 250 guests, we suggest having a second type of booth available.
FLOOR PLAN & REQUIREMENTS
The flip book booth takes approximately 12' x 10' space. It requires two 6' skirted tables and reasonable access to power. Put us in a high-traffic area at the event.

Your flip book booth rental includes a fully staffed on-site setup that turns short video moments into a premium take-home keepsake. We bring the flip book studio (camera + lighting + printing/binding), curated props, and a backdrop, plus a custom cover design so every book feels made for your event.
How does the flip book booth work during the event?
Guests step in, grab props, and record a fun 7‑second clip. We print the frames, bind the pages, and hand them a finished flip book—usually in about 90 seconds. It feels like a mini “studio moment” that keeps the energy high and the line moving.
How many flip books can you produce per hour?
On average we see 40–45 flip book sessions per hour. Each guest who helps make one of the videos ends up with a flip book in their hands. If you have a large guest count or a shorter event window, we’ll recommend the right coverage (and if needed, multiple stations) so more guests get a turn.
How much space and power do you need for a flip book booth?
Plan for about 10’ x 12’ of open space so guests can line up comfortably and the camera angle stays clean. We’ll need access to a standard power outlet, and we typically use two 6’ tables for the camera/printing station and props.
Can we customize the flip book cover design and branding?
Absolutely. You can choose from a wide range of backdrops, and we can create a custom photo design that matches your wedding aesthetic or corporate brand guidelines. The goal is a cohesive “wow” moment that feels made for your event—not a generic template. The backdrop itself can be a green screen, and guests can be put into a custom backdrop of your choice.
Is the flip book booth staffed the entire time?
Yes. The flip book booth is fully staffed for the full rental period. Our team manages guest flow, recording, printing, and binding so the line stays organized and every guest leaves with a finished flip book.
How far in advance should we book a flip book booth?
As soon as you have your event date and venue. Prime weekends in Dallas–Fort Worth tend to book early, especially during peak wedding and holiday seasons. If your date is coming up fast, reach out anyway—sometimes we can still fit you in.
