Our Wild West photos are captured on a green screen and composited into wanted posters, frontier towns, saloons, and other Western-themed scenes so your event photos look fully produced, not generic.
In addition to the green screen and photographer, old west photos come with your very own costumer to help guests who are in line to get ready for their picture. The costumer helps choose all that each guest needs including accessories.
We have costumes for all ages: men and women, girls and boys. There are a huge assortment of shirts, vests, jackets, dusters, cowboy hats, gun leather, dresses, headpieces, skirts, guns and the like. Everyone who comes to Texas remembers their picture. We do these photos a lot for corporate parties, but they are also fun at your wedding, theme party, fundraiser, birthday party or Bar Mitzvah!

Wild West Booth Rentals
Every Picstrips Wild West booth rental includes two professional attendants, flattering lighting, and smooth guest flow. Below are a few of the most-requested upgrades.
WESTERN ATTIRE
Our complete selection of western attire is included. Additional props include bandaliers, non-functioning replica firearms.
RENTAL HOURS
Choose between 2, 3 or 4 hours of operation. More time can be added at the event if required. December and holidays are a 4 hour minimum.
ONLINE ALBUM
Within a few days of your event, an online album is posted and the link is sent to your e-mail to share with all your guests. Images are free to download.
INDOOR ONLY
This is an indoor rental only. If your event is outside, please contact us for more information.
BACKGROUND CHOICES
We have backgrounds including wanted posters, western towns, jail scenes, cattle drives, Fort Worth stockyards, etc. Custom backgrounds also available.
ON-SITE INSTANT DIGITAL DELIVERY
The digital images can be instantly delivered to guests via SMS or e-mail.

After the event, a link to download all of the image files is delivered to the client.

BOOTH SPEED
Throughput on the photo booth is approximately 45-50 groups per hour. For events over 250 guests, we suggest having a second type of booth available.
FLOOR PLAN & REQUIREMENTS
The booth requires 10' x 25' space, two 8' skirted tables and reasonable access to power. Put us in a high-traffic area.

What’s included with a Wild West photo booth rental?
You get the full Wild West experience: authentic Western wardrobe and accessories, a professional green screen setup, and a staffed team to keep everything running smoothly. We guide guests through the process and produce polished “Old West” photos that feel like a real attraction at your event.
How do the Wild West “wanted poster” photos work?
Guests dress up, step in front of our green screen, and we capture their photo with studio lighting. We then place them into a Wild West scene (like a wanted poster, saloon, frontier town, cattle drive, and more) for a finished image that looks themed and intentional—not like a basic filter.
Is the Wild West booth staffed the entire time?
Yes. This is a premium, hands-on activation. Our team stays on-site for the full rental to help with costuming, keep the line moving, manage photos, and make sure every guest’s final image looks great.
Do you provide a costumer to help guests dress up?
Yes—costuming is a big part of what makes this unique. We help guests choose pieces quickly and comfortably so the experience stays fun and efficient, even when there’s a line.
How much space and power do you need for the Wild West photo booth?
Plan for about 12’ x 24’ so we can set up the green screen, camera/lighting, and a costuming/props area with room for a line. We’ll need access to a standard power outlet. If your venue layout is tight, we can help you pick the best footprint and placement.
Is this a good fit for corporate events, galas, and high-end parties?
Absolutely. Wild West photos are designed to feel like an “event feature,” not just entertainment. They work especially well for corporate parties, fundraisers, galas, brand events, and themed celebrations where you want guests talking about the experience afterward. This is truly a taste of Texas.
How far in advance should we book the Wild West photo booth?
For Dallas–Fort Worth events, earlier is always better—especially for peak seasons and popular weekends. If you have a date and venue locked in, reach out as soon as you can so we can reserve your slot and plan staffing, wardrobe flow, and the overall look. If your event is coming up soon, contact us anyway—sometimes we can still fit you in.
Do you travel across the DFW Metroplex for Wild West photo booth rentals?
Yes. We’re based near DFW Airport and regularly serve the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex (DFW), including Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Frisco, Irving, Grapevine, Southlake, and surrounding cities. If your venue is outside our standard service area, we’ll confirm any travel fees in advance.
